SHIPPING POLICY

Handgun Hunter Supply has built the price of shipping into everything we sell. This means no additional shipping charges when you make your purchase! The price you see is the price you pay.

Shipping is done by the method of our choice. Shipping times may vary, as we are small, but growing. To see more on this, click here.

Firearms may ONLY be shipped to an FFL dealer. No firearms will ship until we have a copy of your dealer's license. 

When paying by cash, check, or money order, your item will not ship until payment is received and checks have cleared.

If you choose to pick up your item in our shop, please wait until you have been notified that your item is ready for pickup before coming to the shop. If you pickup in the shop, the FFL transfer is free!

​​FIREARMS REPAIR POLICY​

Let's be honest, new guns sometimes have issues. We know that typical return policies can sometimes be frustrating, and let's not get started on some companies' warranty service! At Handgun Hunter Supply, we totally understand this, and we are here to help you. With an extensive background in gunsmithing, we are here to help resolve any issues you have with your firearms without having to send it in. If you are having a problem, let us know. 

Sometimes, however, a pro does need to look at the gun - and the factory service center may be the best option. Factory service centers are set up to work on your firearm, for free, and can easily make the call if a gun needs to be replaced by the factory. Still, it's not fun to have to send off your brand new, exciting gun to be fixed.

That's why we have your back! Handgun Hunter Supply is an advocate for our customers. In the event a gun needs to be sent back to the factory, we can walk you through the process. If, for some rare reason, the factory will not provide a satisfactory resolution, we will inspect, repair, and (in extreme cases) replace your gun. 

The above is for new guns with defects or malfunctions from the factory . Any gun found to have been damaged by negligence, installation of aftermarket parts, improper handling, or other owner/user caused reason will not be repaired free of charge.

INSPECTION POLICY

It is your responsibility to inspect your firearm BEFORE completing transfer paperwork at your dealer. It is much easier to fix issues with firearms if it has not already transferred to you. 

It is your responsibility to inspect your item as soon as you receive it. 

If your item is damaged in shipping, please save all packaging for inspection 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns made within 30 days are elliglbe for a full refund, pending our approval. Returns made after 30 days will be given store credit.

Returns must be in like new condition, including packaging, unless they are being returned because of damage or malfunction.

Firearms that have been fired are not elligble for return unless it is to resolve a factory defect/malfunction. See above.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Handgun Hunter Supply.

Proof of purchase must be included with all returns.

Returns are available only to the original purchaser. In the event a gift needs to be returned, the purchaser's account info and proof of purchase will need to be included. 

NO RETURNS on ammo, powder, primers, or any liquids.

We reserve the right to refuse a return. Other restrictions may apply.
